‘DEBORDEMENTS’

Objective of this project: To build an artist’s house along with a performance hall, bar, studios etc which abides to all construction norms.

The François Mitterrand Conservatory welcomes 1500 students on average per year in its multiple branches across Mauritius. The main objectives of the Conservatory are to organize and deliver music lessons at all levels and to promote the musical heritage of Mauritius. In this respect, the Conservatory proposed the construction of an artist's residence, where artists such as dancers and musicians will meet for performances and collaboration.
